Terms of Service

1. Agreement

AI Quiz Maker (the "service") is run by the AI Quiz Maker team at aiquizmaker.co ("we", "us"); you can reach us at support@aiquizmaker.co. By creating an account or using the service, including the free tools, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a school or company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

2. Accounts

• You sign in with Google and must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
• You are responsible for activity in your account and in workspaces you own, including the members you invite.
• Tell us promptly at support@aiquizmaker.co if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the material you upload and the quizzes you create. You give us permission to store and process that content only to run the service for you — for example, to generate questions, save them in your workspace and show them to students who open your quiz link.

Only upload material you have the right to use. Do not upload personal data about students beyond what a quiz needs.

4. AI-generated content

Questions, answers, explanations, lesson plans and other generated content are produced by AI and can contain mistakes. Review everything before using it with learners or for any graded or high-stakes assessment. Every generated question can be edited.

5. Acceptable use

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

• Do not use the service to create unlawful, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit content.
• Do not try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or get around usage limits (for example with multiple free accounts).
• Do not resell the service without our written permission.

6. Plans, billing and cancellation

• The Free plan includes a fixed number of AI generations and the limits shown on the pricing page. Free tools may have daily limits.
• Paid plans are billed in advance through Dodo Payments, our reseller and merchant of record, which also handles taxes and receipts.
• You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on paid plans: email support@aiquizmaker.co within 7 days of a payment and we will refund it. Dodo Payments' buyer terms also apply.
• If we change prices, we will tell existing subscribers before the change applies to them.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. If we discontinue a paid feature you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may close accounts that break these terms. Sections about your content, liability and payment obligations continue to apply after closure.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, email account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
